I built up the theatre floors in Unreal Engine 5, using floor plans of the 4 different hospitals so that they were accurate to the real buildings. I did the camera tracking in After Effects and exported the cameras into Unreal engine. The 3D grid versions of the hospitals were also created in Unreal Engine 5 with the built in modelling tools.
